Server
The NeoDocs server runs as a Windows service and all of the queues (NeoDocs Procedures) that are running are created, paused, deleted and monitored by that service. The NeoDocs server is responsible for taking the input data stream and passing it through the List of Actions of that NeoDocs Procedure.
The procedures that are running at the server are managed in the Builder.
