Create a Form, Build a Task and Use Templates

Create a Form
A form is the basis for all tasks. Creating forms is a simple process of dragging and dropping components onto the form area and assigning their properties. You can add text boxes, drop down lists, radio buttons and more.
Different forms can be used in different user actions in the same task or you can use the same form to flow throughout the task from start to end.
Build a Task
A task is a process flow. You create the task by adding components in the order that you want them to execute.
The task components can be a start action, user actions, send email, send sms, api call. Once you add a component set the properties and save the task. How the task will run depends on the input type that you have entered into the start action.
You can use advanced options like variables and conditions to determine what happens to actions based on data that has been entered into a form.
Use Templates
You can design templates that are used to extract data from inbound pdf files. The template creator allows you to map data on the pdf and assign that data to text fields on the form.
For AP Automation you assign a supplier to the template and add identifiers so that the template can be automatically matched to the pdf data that arrives.
If a template does not exist for the supplier, an email with the attachment will be sent to a nominated address to notify you. Then you can add the new template and upload the pdf.
