Build a Task

You create a task by adding components to the list in the order that you want them to execute.
The task components can be a start action, user actions, send email, send sms, or api call. Once you add a component you set the properties and save the task. How the task will run depends on the input type that you have entered into the start action. Email type tasks will run automatically, retrieving emails at the interval set in the start component. Api and Print type tasks run whenever an api call is received or a document printed to a Print to Task printer. A User type task runs whenever a user submits a form.
There is no coding involved, just click on the component and fill in the properties.
You can create as many tasks as you like of any of the task types, which means that NeoDocs can work in many different parts of your business.
