Queued Tasks

Once a task is to be executed, it is created as a queued task. A queued task may simply action components such as sending emails or sms texts which will process and move on, or it may need to wait for a user action. A user action for instance, could be an approval of an annual leave form or executing a delivery. Simply, any action that required user intervention.
A user action can be handled in different ways.

Using the web application.

Clicking on a link sent to the user via email.

Using the mobile application.
A user action displays the form and attachments. Also, if the task is an Accounts Payable Automation task, the user can allocate the invoice to account codes.
A user action can be submitted or passed to another user. In the case of Accounts Payable, a user who is an approving the invoice can add notes to the form and then pass it on to another user for added approval. The second approver can then submit the form and it will be added to the posting table ready to be uploaded into your accounting system.
