Automated processes and workflow gives you all of the functionality to create complex automated processes using drag and drop objects in the NeoDocs Builder. You can use variable data to make decisions and pass information to and from different processes.

There is no limit on how many processes you create and no limit on the types of processes.

As well as creating workflows, you can also design print forms and populate them using fixed and variable text. Then you can combine those output documents with workflow to make functional forms based workflow.

Design print forms and populate them using fixed and variable text. Create documents using data from any host system or database. Add images, barcodes, format text, lines and boxes. Add workflow to create a distributed output process, printing to multiple printers, emailing and archive.

Delivery

Delivery includes both a mobile app and the NeoDocs web application (AMS). Pricing is on a subscription basis, charged monthly with options to suit small, medium and large business.
